General terms and conditions of use

The site „www.tiab.ro” is an original work protected by intellectual property rights. Any total or partial reproduction or representation for other purposes on any medium whatsoever without the express prior authorization of TIAB is forbidden by L8/1996 and constitutes copyright infringement. The infringing party may be liable in civil and criminal law.

The site “www.tiab.ro” and each of its component parts including, in particular, brands, text, illustrations, logos, company names, products and photographs are the exclusive property of TIAB or its affiliated companies. The TIAB trademark and all commercial trademarks referred to on the site are registered trademarks. Any total or partial representation, reproduction and/or exploitation of these trademarks is therefore forbidden. In addition, TIAB shall be held in no way liable for such usage.

The information contained on this site is non-contractual and subject to change without prior notice.

TIAB shall not be held liable for hypertext links on this site that direct to other webs or, in general, to any existing Internet resources.

Usage of this site is the sole responsibility of the user. TIAB gives no guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding this usage.

Personal data

In accordance with the applicable laws in relation to personal data and, more specifically, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), TIAB is responsible for the processing of personal data.

The personal data that can be collected is: the names, surnames and email addresses of site users.
